Opportunities
The organization’s mission is to “join the community to listen, engage, and build relationships that assist and advocate for individuals and families to meet basic needs and achieve stability and self-sufficiency.” We provide general financial assistance for anyone in need who calls our HelpLine, which is open 5 days per week. We do not have any eligibility requirements to access this program. We also offer a voluntary case management program for anyone who has accessed our HelpLine services and feels they would benefit from additional support. Other services/programs we offer include Georgetown Food Bank, Community Connector Program (offered at Georgetown Food Bank), Homelessness Prevention Program (City of Seattle only), Centro Rendu (Spanish-speaking programs), and our thrift stores located throughout King County.
The Georgetown Food Bank is located at 5972 Fourth Avenue South. The Council Office is located at 5950 Fourth Avenue South.
